You must be a registered user to take a course. If you have not yet registered on our site, follow these steps to register and create your very own Profile Account Page.
Select > Login – located in the top right corner of the Homepage
A window will open that gives you the option to:
- Register
- Retrieve a Password
- Login
Select > Register and Create your Account Page

After you have clicked on REGISTER a page will appear for you to create your ACCOUNT
To create your ACCOUNT, add your information in the blanks provided.
Note: The CHANGE button beside Email, Organization and Job Title will allow you to choose who can view your information. Your choices include Everyone, Only Me, Only Members.
Click the > Complete Sign Up button when finished.
You will then receive this message:
“You have successfully created your account! To begin using the site you will need to activate your account via the email we have just sent to your address.
Check your email and CLICK ON THE ACTIVATION LINK provided in the email. You will then be directed to a page with your ACTIVATION KEY.
>CLICK on the ACTIVATE button
You can now log in to your account and view your PROFILE PAGE and take courses.
Your PROFILE PAGE will list your course activities. You can access your PROFILE from the top of the menu bar on the FQHC ACADEMY Homepage.
